Java Developers, Leads and Architects (3-10 years)

Strong development experience in Java/J2EE with at least one industry grade application server such as JBoss
Hands on experience with JSP/Servlet, Javascript/AJAX programming AND/OR
Web Services, EJB, JMS, iBatis/Hibernate and Spring

Mobile Application Developers, Leads and Architects (2-8 years)

Significant experience with any of the following mobile application technologies: J2ME, BREW, Symbian
Excellent C/C++/Java programming skills with strong understanding of data structures and algorithms

.NET Developers and Leads (2-6 years)

Strong experience with .NET technology (ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, AJAX)
For lead positions, 5-6 yrs experience with minimum 3 yrs in .NET development and having leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills

Web 2.0 Developers (2-4 years)

Good programming skills with Java or C++
Hands on experience with at least one web-based MVC framework such as Ruby on Rails, Struts etc.
Experience with web-oriented scripting language such as Ruby, PHP, JavaScript or Perl and AJAX programming is desirable

Flash ActionScript and JavaScript Developers (Minimum 2 years)

Strong experience in object-oriented development using JavaScript or ActionScript
Experience with libraries such as Prototype.js or Adobe Flex
Familiarity with software development design patterns highly desirable

Windows SDK and Internals Developers (Minimum 2 years)

Strong experience in Win32/64 API and/or Internals
Experience with Windows DDK highly desirable
